This Privacy Policy explains how AGILITY TRADING LLC ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the website at agilitytrading.llc and the Agility - Currency Converter mobile application (together, the "Services").

2. Information we do not collect

We want to be specific rather than vague. We do not collect, request or process:

• your name, email address, phone number or any other contact details, unless you choose to write to us;
• account credentials, bank details or payment card information;
• your location;
• contacts, photos, camera, microphone or files on your device;
• advertising identifiers or any other tracking identifier.

The amount you enter is processed on your device and is not sent to us or to the exchange-rate providers. When you request a historical chart, the selected currency codes are included in the HTTPS request described in section 4.

3. Information stored on your device

The application saves a small amount of data locally so it behaves sensibly between sessions: the currencies you last used, your last entered amount, and a cached copy of the exchange rate table so the app continues to work without a connection.

This never leaves your device. We cannot access it. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling it removes it permanently.

4. Exchange rate data

The Services download public foreign-exchange reference data over HTTPS. Current rates are requested from open.er-api.com. When you open a historical chart, the selected from/to currency codes are sent to api.frankfurter.app so the requested series can be returned. The amount you enter, contact information, account information and payment information are not included in either request.

Like any internet request, these requests necessarily expose technical details such as your IP address to the relevant provider, which may process them under its own privacy policy.

5. Analytics, advertising and cookies

The application contains no advertising, no analytics software and no crash-reporting software. The website uses no cookies for tracking, advertising or profiling. We do not build user profiles and we do not sell, share or transfer data to third parties, because we do not hold any.

Where the application is distributed through Google Play, Google may independently collect aggregate statistics about installs and crashes as part of operating the store. That processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and is outside our control. We receive only anonymous, aggregated figures.

6. If you contact us

If you email us, we hold your message and address only for as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not pass your details to anyone else.

7. Children

The Services are general-purpose tools and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Since we collect no personal data from anyone, no such information can be gathered inadvertently.

8. Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data held about you. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to retrieve, amend or erase. You retain full control of the locally stored data described in section 3 and can delete it at any time from your device settings.

9. Security

Locally saved settings and cached data stay within the application's private storage area, protected by the operating system's standard sandboxing. Rate requests use HTTPS as described in section 4. We do not operate a user-profile or calculation-history database.

10. Changes to this policy

If a future version introduces a feature that changes how data is handled, we will update this policy, revise the date above, update the Data Safety declaration on Google Play accordingly, and where required by law ask for your consent before the feature is enabled.
