These Terms govern your use of the website at agilitytrading.llc and the Agility - Currency Converter mobile application (together, the "Services"), provided by AGILITY TRADING LLC. By using the Services you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Services.
1. What the Services are
The Services are an informational currency conversion tool. You enter an amount and select two currencies, and the tool returns the converted figure calculated from publicly published mid-market reference exchange rates. A table of reference rates for widely traded currencies is also displayed.
2. What the Services are not
To avoid any ambiguity, the Services do not:
- execute, place, route or facilitate any trade, order or transaction;
- exchange, transfer, transmit or convert actual money or any other asset;
- hold, receive or manage funds belonging to you or anyone else;
- connect to any bank, broker, exchange or payment provider;
- provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice, recommendations or forecasts.
AGILITY TRADING LLC is not acting through the Services as a bank, broker, dealer, money services business, payment institution or investment adviser. AGILITY TRADING LLC is an NFA Member (NFA ID 0536497). That membership does not change the limited, informational purpose of the Services and does not make the displayed rates executable prices or advice.
3. Accuracy of rates
Exchange rates shown are mid-market reference values obtained from a public source. They are indicative, may be delayed, and are not dealable prices.
A bank, broker or payment provider carrying out an actual transaction will apply its own spread, fees and margin, so the amount you receive will differ, sometimes materially, from the figure shown here.
Always confirm the final amount with the institution carrying out your transaction before relying on it. Do not use the Services as the sole basis for any financial decision.
No warranty of accuracy. While we take care to implement the conversion correctly and to source rates from a reputable public provider, the Services are supplied without any guarantee that rates are current, complete or accurate.
4. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for any decision you make after using the Services and for its consequences. You are also responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the laws of your country.
5. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your own purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from them, except to the extent such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law. All intellectual property in the Services remains ours.
6. Availability and changes
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue them, or any feature of them, at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and rate data depends on a third-party provider whose availability is outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any loss of money, profit or opportunity, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services — including any loss resulting from an inaccurate or outdated exchange rate, or from your reliance on any figure the Services display.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Privacy
Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published at this address with the date it took effect. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
